Define your channels first
Tell us whether you supply grocery retailers, wholesale markets, food-service customers or food manufacturers. A useful initial assortment follows your customers’ buying habits, available shelf space and reorder frequency. Start with a range you can sell and replenish consistently.
Build the initial spice assortment
Discuss turmeric, red chilli, cumin, coriander and the wider spice powder range. For garam masala or other blends, agree the recipe or flavour profile. Confirm each product, pack size, quantity and availability before planning the first mixed-container order.
Review organic scope product by product
Conventional and certified organic spice options can be discussed. Confirm that the specific product and lot are within the applicable certification scope, and that the importer has reviewed destination requirements. Organic sesame is not offered. Documentation information is available through our certificates page.
Agree ARPRIC-branded packing
Discuss retail or bulk packs, label text, importer details, carton configuration and any barcode requirements. Products are supplied under the ARPRIC brand. Approve the final artwork and packing specification before production or packing is scheduled.
Use a trial to plan repeat orders
Trial orders and mixed-container enquiries are welcome. Agree the product mix, commercial terms and destination before confirming quantities. Review sell-through, customer feedback and reorder timing before expanding the range. Partnership territory and any exclusivity require a separate agreement.
Plan dispatch realistically
Spice dispatch depends on the assortment and packing, normally within a planning window of up to 30 days after advance payment subject to the agreed schedule. Sea transit is additional. Product availability, destination requirements and requested tests should be resolved before order confirmation.
