This policy explains what information arpricgroup.com collects, why, and what choices you have. The website is operated by ARY EXIM, trading as ARPRIC Group, 235, Ananta Square, Opp. 108 Head Quarters, Nava Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“ARPRIC”, “we”, “us”).
1. Information you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, country code, phone / WhatsApp number, subject and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry, send quotations, samples or specifications you ask for, and follow up on that request.
- Newsletter: your name (optional) and email address, to send occasional market and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or writing to us.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: when you contact us directly, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as ID documents or bank details) through the website forms.
2. Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) helps us understand how the website is used — for example which pages are visited, the approximate country and city (from the IP address), device and browser type, how visitors found us, and actions such as enquiry submissions, catalogue downloads and clicks on WhatsApp, phone or email links. Google Analytics uses cookies. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity (if enabled) records anonymised page interactions such as clicks, scrolling and heatmaps so we can improve the website. Form inputs are masked.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the website running.
3. Cookies and your choice
Analytics cookies are used only as described above. Visitors from the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set; you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Links to WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry and newsletter details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter details are removed when you unsubscribe. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or stop receiving the newsletter. This applies under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and — for visitors in the UK and EU — the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. To make a request, email export@arpricgroup.com. We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. International transfers
We are based in India. Information may be processed in India and, through our service providers, in other countries. We use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.
